Access Statement

From the car park area adjacent to the Dairy patio, go through a wooden gate and take one step down to the patio.  The door is immediately on your right. After stepping over a raised threshold you enter the living/dining area which has a wood floor with rugs.  The kitchen leads off this area, with slate floor and a rug.  In the hallway there is a slate floor with a rug. Through the outside door in the hallway there is access to the gravelled courtyard down across a raised threshold and down three stone steps.

Go upstairs to the top floor.  The stairs are carpeted with coir matting and have a wooden hand rail. They consist of four steps, two steps and three steps separated by two small landings. The top floor has a polished wood floor with rugs.  The bathroom is on the same level as the upstairs landing but there is a step down to the bedroom, which has a wood floor and a large wool rug.  The bedroom is in the eaves of the building so there are some low beams giving partially restricted access to one side of the bed and to the built-in wardrobe.

Through the door from the living area, there is a small enclosed and paved patio, all on one level, with raised flower beds and patio furniture.

The laundry is situated in a building 15 metres across the courtyard.  It has a slate floor.
