The Bullpen
The Bullpen sleeps two in a stunning single storey barn conversion. A large bedroom room and sitting room, all on one level, with a separate luxurious wet room adjoining the bedroom area and a charming kitchen with direct access to your own garden with uninterrupted views of the rolling Cornish countryside, where you can sit in the morning sun with a cup of tea and take in the views.
Bedroom and bathroom
The bedroom has an extremely comfortable super king-size bed with luxurious White Company linen (can also be configured as two a twin) and uninterrupted countryside views. Adjoining luxurious travertine tiled bathroom with powerful rainfall shower.
Housekeeping
We will change sheets and towels and do a clean and tidy for guests staying longer than one week, at a convenient time. We can also arrange for extra cleaning during your stay, charged at £15 per hour.
Pets
The Bullpen is pet free.
Arrivals and departures
We like to welcome our guests personally but to ensure you don’t need to hunt for us down the garden further details will be sent to your before your arrival. Please bear in mind that finding us in the dark may be tricky so we will send you comprehensive directions. If you are arriving late, please let us know.

We welcome babes in arms and provide a selection equipment to ease your stay.
Practicalities
The Bullpen has its own parking just a couple of metres outside the backdoor. The beautiful eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary appliances. The cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa, armchair, writing desk, wood-burning stove and smart TV for live streaming or on demand viewing and DVD player.
Stay includes
Welcome pack of tea, coffee (including some Nespresso capsules), sugar, milk and Cornish biscuits. Essentials such as washing-up liquid, multi-surface cleaner, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper. All linen and towels: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest, tea towels. Logs, kindling and firelighters. Super-fast WiFi.
Barbecues
There is a built-in barbecue by the lake which you are welcome to use. Charcoal, matches and barbecue utensils are provided.
