Bedroom and bathroom

The bedroom has a superbly comfortable super king-size bed, which can also be configured as two twin beds and wonderful countryside views from both sides. Adjacent to the bedroom is a luxurious white tiled bathroom has a powerful shower with large shower rose. Downstairs their is a separate cloakroom.

Housekeeping

We will change sheets and towels and do a clean and tidy for guests staying longer than one week, at a convenient time.  We can also arrange for extra cleaning during your stay, charged at £15 per hour.

Pets

Pets accommodated by prior arrangement and subject to an additional charge to ensure the cottage is spotless.

Arrivals and departures

We like to welcome our guests personally but to ensure you don’t need to hunt for us down the garden further details will be sent to your before your arrival. Please bear in mind that finding us in the dark may be tricky so we will send you comprehensive directions.  If you are arriving late, please let us know.

Practicalities

The Dairy has its own parking just a couple of metres away outside the terrace gate. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary appliances. The cosy sitting/dining area has a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table, footstool, dining table, wood-burning stove and TV/DVD player. Upstairs there is a spacious galleried landing which features a writing desk and extra armchairs.

Stay includes

Welcome pack of tea, coffee (including some Nespresso capsules), sugar, milk and Cornish biscuits. Essentials such as washing-up liquid, multi-surface cleaner, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper. All linen and towels: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest, tea towels. Logs, kindling and firelighters. Super-fast WiFi.

Golf concierge

Our golf service can arrange a personalised itinerary, booking tee times, transport and providing secure club storage as well as comprehensive guest information to help plan day trips with recommendations for your particular areas of interest. Please see select options during booking process.

Barbecues

There is a built-in barbecue down by the lake which you are welcome to use. Charcoal, matches and barbecue utensils are in the summerhouse. Please make sure you clean the barbecue and utensils after use.
